RESUME

In 1996, Professor Xiao graduated in Chemical Engineering from East China Institute of Chemical Technology (Now known as East China University of Science and Technology); And then, focused on magnesium cement study in Qinghai Institute of Salt Lakes, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

From 2004 to 2007, appointment as Chief Engineer & Director of economic development board, Golmud Kunlun Economic Development Zone Management Committee, Qinghai.

From 2007, focus on research and industrialization of magnesium resources, in Qinghai Institute of Salt Lakes, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
